World Changing: How to Practice Gratitude

How to Practice Gratitude and Raise Your Vibration

The most important thing about gratitude practice is that it helps you notice the small, beautiful things in your daily life. When you start noticing them, something shifts. You begin to feel more grateful, more peaceful… and naturally, you start to attract more beautiful experiences into your life. This is also deeply connected to the law of attraction — what you focus on expands.

Why Gratitude Practice Works

A lot of people have heard about gratitude practice. But most people don’t actually do it consistently. From my personal experience, this practice can truly change:

  • The way you see the world

  • The way you respond to challenges

  • Your overall emotional state

It’s simple. It’s free. But it’s powerful.

Step-by-step guide for gratitude practice

1. Write 10 things you’re grateful for every day

• Do this before going to sleep is highly recommended

• Reflect on your entire day

• Look for even the smallest beautiful moments

2. Always write it down

Don’t just think it — write it. Writing can:

• Reinforces your awareness

• Acts like a form of affirmation

• Helps you truly acknowledge your life

3. Be consistent

Try this for at least 2–3 weeks. It takes 21 days to form a habit.

4. At the beginning, it can feel hard to come up with 10 things. Here are some examples I personally use:

• I appreciate my body, my cells, and my organs functioning well

• I appreciate my bunny Bubble being healthy and happy

• I appreciate Bubble’s companionship and the love I feel

• I appreciate electricity that allows me to work and live comfortably

• I appreciate clean water and a reliable water system

• I appreciate hot showers

• I appreciate my gas stove working so I can cook

• I appreciate the people who designed my furniture

• I appreciate my comfortable pillow and good sleep

• I appreciate the food I ate today

There are so many beautiful things in your daily life — you just need to start noticing them. After doing this consistently, something amazing will happen. You will begin to notice beauty automatically, even without trying.

Gratitude in Difficult Situations

This practice becomes even more powerful during challenges. When I was diagnosed with glaucoma, of course there was some fear.

But most of me felt (95% of me) grateful because I:

• Improve my diet

• Follow a healthier lifestyle

• Prioritize rest and reduce stress

It actually helped me take better care of myself.

The Real Power of Gratitude

Gratitude isn’t about ignoring reality. It’s about choosing what you focus on. When you train yourself to see:

• Beauty

• Support

• Abundance

You start to feel like your life is full of it.

And naturally…You attract more of it.
